For the purposes of the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 of April 27 of the Parliament and the Council and the current national regulations LOPDGDD 3/2018, TATUTRAD, S.L., informs you that it fully complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data, and with the confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity.
TATUTRAD, S.L. informs you of the existence of an information processing system, of which it is the owner, for the purposes of management, communication and information. The aforementioned system is described in the corresponding Register of Processing Activities of TATUTRAD, S.L.
SECURITY MEASURES AND LEVELS:
TATUTRAD, S.L. has adopted the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the information, as required by art. 32 of the GDPR, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid, as far as possible, loss, processing or unauthorized access, thereby guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the same.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
The security measures that TATUTRAD, S.L. has described in the Register of Processing Activities will be applied to all assets of the information processing system in which personal data is processed, in order to comply with current legislation on data protection. All personnel hired by TATUTRAD, S.L. and its Data Processors are obliged to comply with the aforementioned regulations, with special attention to their functions and obligations, including the duty of confidentiality, which will be duly determined by TATUTRAD, S.L.
DATA COLLECTION:
Acceptance of these conditions requires the user to collect certain data essential for the provision of their services, which will be requested through forms on the website. At the time of data collection, the user will be duly informed of the rights that they have. In order to ensure that the information contained in our processing system is always up to date and does not contain errors, we ask our clients and users to inform us as soon as possible of any changes or corrections to their personal data.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS:
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data,
where applicable, to TATUTRAD, S.L., AVD. EMILIO LEMOS, 2. OFC. 603-604. 41020-SEVILLA (SEVILLA) by written communication or by email to the address information@tatutrad.net, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to file a complaint with the AEPD.
CONSENT:
The user gives his/her consent for TATUTRAD, S.L. to use his/her personal data in order to correctly fulfil the contracted services. Completing the form included on the website or sending emails or other communications to TATUTRAD, S.L. implies the express consent of the user to the inclusion of his/her personal data in its data processing system. At the time of requesting this information, the client or user will be informed of who the recipient of the information is, the purpose for which the data is collected, the identity and address of TATUTRAD, S.L. and the right of the user to exercise the rights of access, challenge, rectification, cancellation, deletion or opposition, portability, limitation of processing and to file a claim with the AEPD.
ASSIGNMENT TO THIRD PARTIES:
TATUTRAD, S.L. does not transfer personal data without the express consent of its owners, which must be granted on each occasion.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY:
1.177 / 5.000 The data collected in all private communications between TATUTRAD, S.L. and the users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, and the Data Controller undertakes to keep personal data confidential, to safeguard it and to adopt all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss and unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations. Furthermore, any type of information exchanged by the parties, whether agreed to be confidential or simply related to the content of said information, will also be considered confidential. Viewing data over the Internet will not imply direct access to it, unless the owner has expressly consented to it for each occasion. We recommend that the client does not provide any third party with their identification, password or reference numbers that RT may provide. Likewise, to ensure that the protection of professional secrecy between RT and the user is preserved in all communications, the latter must not reveal confidential information to third parties.
CHANGES IN THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
TATUTRAD, S.L. reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as those that may arise from existing standard codes on the subject, or due to strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of said modification on the TATUTRAD, S.L. website.
