Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado ya de <a href=\"https:\/\/tatutrad.net\/el-conocimiento-cultural-en-la-interpretacion-comercial\/\">El conocimiento cultural en la interpretaci\u00f3n comercial<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/tatutrad.net\/situaciones-incomodas-de-la-interpretacion-en-el-deporte\/\">Situaciones inc\u00f3modas de la interpretaci\u00f3n en el deporte<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/tatutrad.net\/la-interpretacion-medica-en-hospitales\/\">La interpretaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en hospitales<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/tatutrad.net\/la-interpretacion-en-juzgados-y-procesos-juridicos\/\">La interpretaci\u00f3n en juzgados y procesos jur\u00eddicos<\/a>, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pues bien, hoy nos centraremos en una modalidad muy demandada en la que estamos muy curtidos en nuestra agencia de traducci\u00f3n de Sevilla: la <strong><em>interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No hay duda de que el mundo en el que vivimos est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s interconectado y adquiere un car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s multicultural y multiling\u00fce. Esta es una de las principales razones por las que la demanda de los servicios de interpretaci\u00f3n aumenta a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. Sin embargo, no siempre resulta sencillo encontrar int\u00e9rpretes de confianza con rapidez para poder ofrecer un servicio de urgencia. Es en estos casos en los que destaca la importancia de la interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tatutrad.net\/category\/servicios-traduccion-profesional\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1210 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tatutrad.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/interpretacio\u0301n-telefonica-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"459\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste la interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica?<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><em>La interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica puede definirse como un servicio de interpretaci\u00f3n llevado a cabo por int\u00e9rpretes profesionales mediante llamadas telef\u00f3nicas en vivo en el que se hace posible que dos personas que hablan idiomas diferentes se comuniquen a trav\u00e9s de un tel\u00e9fono.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Con el avance tecnol\u00f3gico de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica ha ido adquiriendo nuevas caracter\u00edsticas y transform\u00e1ndose seg\u00fan las necesidades. Como resultado de esto, se ha desarrollado tambi\u00e9n la interpretaci\u00f3n mediante videoconferencias, una vertiente m\u00e1s de esta interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica de la que, con suerte, podremos hablar en futuras entradas.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de servicios puede prestarse para que los usuarios interesados realicen llamadas internacionales a pa\u00edses con un idioma oficial diferente al suyo o llamadas a escala local, en cuyo caso suele tratarse de comunicaciones con instituciones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>En esta pr\u00e1ctica comunicativa de interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica, la modalidad que suele emplearse es la consecutiva; es decir, el int\u00e9rprete escuchar\u00e1 la intervenci\u00f3n de uno de los dos participantes de la llamada y, tras finalizar, se la transmitir\u00e1 al segundo interlocutor en su idioma.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Los sectores en los que nos hemos encontrado un mayor uso de la interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica son: la atenci\u00f3n sanitaria, los organismos p\u00fablicos y corporativos, servicios de viajes y turismo, o aseguradoras.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por lo tanto, en realidad, para poder ofrecer este servicio no se requiere de un gran despliegue tecnol\u00f3gico. Lo \u00fanico que hace falta es un medio de comunicaci\u00f3n (ya sea un tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil o fijo, o un ordenador con sistema de voz sobre IP o VoIP) y un int\u00e9rprete telef\u00f3nico con mucha experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, como en todas las \u00e1reas de la traducci\u00f3n\/interpretaci\u00f3n, la experiencia es un grado. Y es que realizar una interpretaci\u00f3n mediante un tel\u00e9fono, sin la posibilidad de ver o interactuar de forma directa y en persona con alguno de los hablantes, tambi\u00e9n tiene sus inconvenientes y dificulta la transmisi\u00f3n del mensaje.<\/p>\n<p>Veamos a continuaci\u00f3n las ventajas e inconvenientes que presenta el servicio, seg\u00fan la experiencia de la que disponemos en nuestra agencia de traducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.Sin duda, es un servicio muy <strong>pr\u00e1ctico y r\u00e1pido<\/strong>, siempre que se cuente con un proveedor de confianza que est\u00e9 a disposici\u00f3n del cliente para atender sus necesidades.En <strong>Tatutrad<\/strong>, contamos con una amplia red de int\u00e9rpretes profesionales que est\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n del cliente para poder ofrecerles este tipo de servicios. Por supuesto, tenemos int\u00e9rpretes de ingl\u00e9s, franc\u00e9s, alem\u00e1n, italiano, espa\u00f1ol y muchas otras combinaciones de idiomas. De esta forma, somos capaces de atender una gran demanda en la que intervienen un gran n\u00famero de lenguas de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>2.Es el m\u00e9todo de interpretaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s <strong>econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> para el cliente. Aunque, como ya dec\u00edamos, presenta algunas dificultades e inconvenientes, el hecho de no tener que pagar un desplazamiento a los int\u00e9rpretes ni un equipo de interpretaci\u00f3n reduce el coste que se le presenta al cliente. Cabe decir que este servicio no puede recomendarse para cualquier caso, ya que en muchas situaciones se convierte en una tarea imposible ofrecer un servicio de calidad por tel\u00e9fono; y, para nosotros, la calidad es lo primero.<\/li>\n<li>3.La <strong>inmediatez y la flexibilidad horaria<\/strong> siempre suman al contratar un servicio. No hay duda de que estas son unas de las principales ventajas de la interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica. El hecho de que este servicio pueda ofrecerse a distancia hace posible que juguemos con las diferencias horarias para poder realizar esta labor pr\u00e1cticamente a cualquier hora. Gracias a esto, la interpretaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica en vivo se convierte en un servicio de inestimable utilidad no solo para los particulares, sino tambi\u00e9n para aquellas empresas con presencia internacional o en colaboraci\u00f3n con otras compa\u00f1\u00edas del extranjero que tienen que celebrar reuniones por tel\u00e9fono.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero no siempre se puede aplicar este servicio. Como dec\u00edamos antes, con este servicio no es posible que el traductor conecte con el cliente por tel\u00e9fono al igual que lo hace en persona. Adem\u00e1s, no recomendamos practicar esta modalidad en situaciones en las que puedan producirse ruidos o problemas de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico que imposibiliten la comunicaci\u00f3n. Tampoco resulta el servicio m\u00e1s id\u00f3neo para las interpretaciones que versen sobre tem\u00e1ticas que requieran una exhaustiva labor de documentaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n terminol\u00f3gica por parte del int\u00e9rprete cuando la urgencia derivada del servicio no le permita llevar a cabo esta preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estas son las principales desventajas a las que podemos enfrentarnos a la hora de ofrecer y contratar servicios de estas caracter\u00edsticas.
